RETURN INFORMATION

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ?

Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please CONTACT US before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING ?

1. Email us to return/exchange your item.
2. Ship back your order directly to our manufacture warehouse centers that are located in Asia, Europe or Australia, depending on where you got your order from.
3. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
